Localize It! was formed by William Wong with one main goal in mind: to help stabilize and grow the new economy. William states, “When you become a Localize It! shopper, you are making a difference in your community. Each local business you frequent will benefit from added publicity and a growing customer base. This strengthens the local economy and helps to grow business and commerce within your community.” William Wong also donates a portion of every card sold to local charities, so again the Alameda community benefits when you buy the rewards card from an Alameda business.
How do I get a card? Getting a card is easy! Look for the Localize It! display at special events in the Park Street Business District. You can also purchase your card online at www.localizeitcard.com or call 1-866-60-LOCAL. All Localize It! Card purchasers are automatically entered into a FREE iPad Giveaway!
Where can I use it? You can use it at any of the participating Localize It! businesses in the Park Street Business District and at other participating businesses in the Bay Area. The list is constantly growing.
How much does it cost? It’s just $10 and it’s good for an entire year. The best part is that most Localize It! cardholders recoup their initial investment with just 2-3 uses!
Make a Difference Today! Let’s rally behind local shops and support them! Buy a card, get year-long savings, support a business, and allow us to give back to those that need us most.
