Come celebrate and meet the artists and sponsors who are making our city an even greater place to live! Power Box Art is Alameda’s newest public art. Kick off the unveiling with food, drink, and music at Rhythmix Cultural Center (2513 Blanding Ave) on Friday, September 12, 6:00-9:00pm.
6pm-9pm: Power Box Art Show gallery opening in K Gallery featuring work by the same artists who have wrapped their visions around Alameda’s utility transformers. This event will also include a slide show of all the art submissions.
7pm-8pm: A formal reception in the theater to acknowledge the power box artists, sponsors, and participants who made it all happen.
