This week’s happenings in the Park Street Business District: View Calendar
Park Street is certainly in bloom this summer with new eateries. By chance did you notice the new food places while attending this year’s Art & Wine Faire? You might agree that Downtown Alameda has become an incredible destination where you can find international fare of all flavors.
Just last week we saw the opening of a few new restaurants, from Ethiopian cuisine (Injera Restaurant) to French-inspired pastries (Crispian Bakery). In addition, a new Hawaiian restaurant (Kau Kau Corner) opened last month at 1635 Park Street serving everything from barbecue chicken to fresh poke. They have parking too. (Which reminds us… be sure to check out the new location of Thai Noodle House of Alameda. They’ve moved to a larger space but have kept the same late hours.)
